Youth Questionnaire

If you'd like to share your opinions and ideas, the Main Street Project would love to hear them. The Evaluation Committee has put up a brief questionnaire. Because it's always important to know what will be done with your comments when your opinion is asked, we'll tell you! The Main Street project will take the responses submitted and use that information both to plan the new design and also to evaluate the final product. So, the answers you give are considered to be real research 'data.' Sorry, we can't pay anyone for their time, but your comments can help make a better Main Street, and there are no known harmful side effects from filling out this web survey!
